Administrative / biographical background: |
A school-chapel was opened at the corner of Alderley Road by the Wesleyan Methodists in 1898, and took the place of the old chapel in Market Street which continued to be used as a mission room until 1963. A new chapel was built on a different site in 1905-1906. |
